Good at property settlement, but very bad at accounts. I spent more time chasing accounts team up than focussing on settlement itself. I also sent an email to the accounts team outlining some concerns and their lawyer replied in a defensive manner, not even asking more about the bad experience. How do you learn and be a better company? As a business owner with over 100 staff, when any customer send my staff any concerns I always asked staff to forward them and we would address them in a professional manner so we could improve our service. Sometimes staff emotions can get the better of them and the customer experience can go from bad to worse as in this case. SMH you need to improve your customer service skills and the accounts department needs an overhaul with some simple process put in place.
