If the rate can be 0 even minus, I will give a minus rate to this company. It charged $242 for a call out fee including 15 minutes checking a light, and no problem with the light. That is definitely ridiculous and robbery behavior. Normal call out fee for a electrician in Queensland is around $50-100. We always respect the labor and cost even there is a travel to your house to check the electronic problem. But this company didn't tell the customer the price of call out fee and it is really terrible to give customer a ridiculous invoice.
