I visited Steve with my mother to get some advice. Spent about an hr with Steve whom gave good advice. He advised he would send an email with a price guide with how to proceed further. After a week of not recieving a email or call, I'll called to follow up and was advised I will get a call back. Waited 2 days and called a 2nd time whom also advised I will get a call back. It's now been 2 weeks since the initial meeting and no call or email. Very disappointed esp not even a call back to advised they did not want to proceed further with us. Will not be recommending to family or friends.
