7-Eleven Logan Reserve

Went to put fuel in my car yesterday using the fuel lock in app where I had locked in the fuel price for $1.05 per litre. The machine wasn’t working so I was charged $1.439 per Litre and was told to call the 1800 number to be reimbursed. I called the number and they said all they could do was send out a voucher. What’s the point in having a fuel lock in price if you can’t use it? Then to be told you can be reimbursed by calling this number only to be told they will send out a voucher.

Doors were shut and locked by 7:30pm had to use the night window and wouldn't let me in to use the ATM which is why I went there in the first place so I had to go to the United servo down the road
