Highly recommend! Not only were they the best value for money Brisbane wide (I rang nearly every conveyancing firm to make sure), David Tan from 123 Conveyancing (a product of Berrigan Doube Lawyers) was a complete professional for my entire experience. David and his team took great care of my husband and I when we just recently purchased a piece of vacant land in central coastal QLD. We weren't the easiest clients with settlement being rescheduled 3 times but they remained professional, patient, polite and in constant communication. I was constantly updated with the status of our settlement via email and a phone call from David, in addition to extra assistance with putting pressure on our financial institution when they were lagging on their end of the deal. David is a professional who gets the job done. I will definitely be using them again and requesting him for our next investment.
