Hungry Jack's Burgers Coopers Plains

I was left waiting for nearly 5 minutes to be served and completely ignored until I asked to be served. The staff did not smile and were very rude and unwelcoming when I claimed my free Whopper for my birthday. The staff didn't even say happy birthday. More staff training is needed at this store.

Standard hungriest. Given its location was expecting 24/7. Nope. Admittedly I went in 35 mins before what turned out to be closing time, but service was slow, and the resulting burger was a mess. Fries were good though, but the post mix seemed weaker than usual. Service was still friendly however and the place was quite clean.

I assume management is paying minimum wage which attracts minimum amount of effort. The staff were not very informative. Half of the orders I made over the year were wrong, including one time where I ordered what I think is called a cowboy whopper which has no cheese or onion rings (which are meant to be the main part of the burger basically). Also just park and order because the drive-thru will take you 20 minutes.

I live local to this HJs and their wait times are always like 5-10mins; it defeats the purpose of fast food. They do not direct drivers whose order is holding up the line to park - ever. Their food is usually fresh, though.

The young lady at the drive through had the worst attitude, it doesn't hurt to use manners.. Then to get home and the hash browns are so bad, it tastes like the oil has never been changed..nAnd this is on top of taking 15mins at least..nWon't be back to this store again..
