very dissappointed with this company cannot recall ever feeling this ripped of by a person or companynwas told would cost $500 to set up file and $600 for court apperance which was reasonable and as was very confident would win case then our solicitor recommended getting an adjournment to correspond with the accuser and explain he had little chance of success with his claim.nour solicitor advised because of covid situation we did not have to appear and she would apply for adjournment which was granted to appear in approx 8 weeks and she would be intouch the next week to discuss our next stepnafter hearing nothing for 7 weeks i emailed to find out what was happening and was told she had not heard from accuser following letter that was sent to him so we had have to proceed with casennow here is the rip off parts was informed we had to pay $880 to go to court then if goes further would have to pay $3000 to $6000 after thatnat no stage was this mentioned when it was suggested to get case adjourned and if we could not afford we can proceed with consent with no admissionsnso after paying the$880 again informed did not have to appear again because of covidnon the day of case received email that case had been dropped which was good outcome but then when looked at charges was disgustednfound that the first appearance she only emailed the court for adjournment and she did not have to travel to court so was charged $600 for sending an emailnbecause had not heard for 7 weeks what was happening sent email to find out then was chargedn$105 for them to ring men$35 to review the filen$105 to draft a lettern$350 for court apperance which was never going to happen as the court would ring when judge was ready to hear case and that was how it was going to be heardnthen informed solictor that case had been droppedn$35 for post court letter which was 6 linesn$45 to have that letter reviewed and to top it off $35 to email letternthey are just some of the fees i got charged but the one that is amazing is being charged for court appearance when she didn't leave her officenSorry for the long review people but if you use this company you need to get every possible cost explained to you before you proceed with anything
