Pet City Rockingham

5/5 stars Is a place I would highly recommended! Went to this place recently. Very friendly and supportive staff, even if they didn’t have what I wanted, they helped me get ideas as to where I could find what I needed. If you need pet supplies then they will have you covered or they will tell you the best place to go to.

Very disappointing that every time i go to this shop to buy my products etc I have to wait or ask for a staff member for help while they all stand around chatting and looking at you. Product knowledge is very poor, when I ask for someone that knows about the products or pets I want to buy no one can tell me and when I ask for someone i'm told no ones knows?? how can you have staff selling products and pets when they have no idea what they are selling? Pet City needs to invest in their workers and get them some training. I like the availability of products and pets this store has to offer but customer service is almost non existent and will soon drive people like myself away!
