Pizza Hut Cleveland

More expensive than Domino's but very good pizza and delivery earlier than expected

Over charged by $10 when delivered as was unable to take a credit card payment over the phone. Super supreme did not include any vegetables. Cold garlic bread. Had to repeat my phone over three times.Thoroughly awful experience - never again. Wish I could give no stars.

Order placed at store. Waited an hour for delivery. Nothing showed up. Rang up said our order had been put on hold because it was busy fair enough. Drove down to the shop and both delivery vehicles were parked up not busy I was the only customer in the shop. Staff were really unhelpful and offered no excuses or apologies for stuffing up. I'm actually in shock at the lack of service here. Quality of food was just really poor. Place is really messy to kitchen looked dirty and smells horrible. Shop elsewhere

Everytime we order the chicken pizza there is only 3 pieces in the whole pizza. I called the store and was told I can not complain when placing an order only when I recieve it.nRude service ,
