Used their service for conveyancing.nnLittle to no response from the solicitor and manager. I had to call their office multiple times for a response. It took them 3 days to confirm that they have received the contract from the Vendor's solicitor which only had a 5-day period, their solicitor waited until the deadline date to give me a call and asked for extra money. After that the Vendor have allowed one week extension for contract review and guess what? No answer again.nnI terminated the agreement with them on the basis that they have not given any appropriate communication & incorrect advices.nnGo somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
