Redsell Air Conditioning & Electrical

We obtained 3 quotes and are so happy we chose Redsell. Greg did our quote and was hands down the most professional salesman we’ve dealt with. He listened to what we needed, how we use our air conditioner and explained what he thought would suit us best for our new ducted system. My father is an ex air con mechanic of 40 years and so I wasn’t someone who could be bluffed with “sales” talk, though I needn’t have worried as Redsell were very honest with their quote and recommendations. On the day of the job a team of 4 guys turned up on time (early actually) and were professional, happy and friendly the entire time they were here. All my questions were answered and work was finalised to a great standard. Office admin were super friendly also and very efficient. Can’t fault them, would recommend no question.

At no time was I told there was going to be a $190 CALL OUT FEE for them to do exactly NOTHING! Try hey spun my wife a tale that I had agreed to pay. NOPE! The unit in question was old and I would not have agreed to pay $190 on the off chance it could be rescued! Enjoy the $190 you pack of thieves!

They sent out a young boy to diagnose a problem with our air con. Couldn't work it out so rang kelvinator. Was only at our house for 20 mins and charged us $190. When we questioned it was basically called a liar and spoken to really unprofessional was not interested in trying to help just told us it was going straight to a debt collector and the fees for their solicitor would be added.
