Once again, second time, I have been lead to believe this is the correct purchase with what was needed. they have no understanding of any of their products. Wanted a longer LPG gas line so I brought the existing one in, to make sure correct fitting was purchased, but hey! Wrong size, I am not wasting my time to drive 2 hours there and back to replace an item that will cost me more in fuel.nThey would struggle to sell me their personality even if they sat up in a cave in the mountains for 10 years. Absolutely a joke! Train your staff!
Worse services, you need to wait after more than 1 month to get your stuff back if your product have warranty.nOn the Ledlenser website they said that it will take 4 -5 days but TGT will make you wait more than 1 month.nThey try to lie you and not honestly, they blamed transportation company and Covid 19.nAnd it is not true!nI will share with all my friends!
