As a hiker, great position. Water available within 1km. Full of campers going into town for dinner and drinks. That's not a bad thing. Just happened.

Free campground that is quite secluded and private. Surrounded by tall mountain ash trees which was so pretty. The things we didn't like was the insects, bugs and occasional leeches ud83dude25
