Great customer service friendly staff

Poor service. Don't know how they can get away with pushing faulty returns back to the customers and blaming them that it's their faults. And accuse and abuse the customers for washing the item inappropriately. The ppl who work in the store also gang up and they will pull you up the system and say you only purchase a few items form them, as if it's not enough to be a good customer. #ACCC should be on them. Theyre playing with the law here. How is this even legal?
