Novotel Perth Langley

Quarantining here. Its not their fault that we don't get sunlight or fresh air but oh boy I hope that you don't get served the same food because it's a disgrace. Does the chef have no pride or is this to punish people who are already stuck in an airtight room without social contacts?

The place is quite run down for a four star hotel. I can't seem to find the switch for the light on the bedside table. There's no toilet brush, the shower is in the bathtub, the window is so dirty you can hardly look outside but it hardly matters since you're locked in with no access to fresh air. Our eyes are started to get sore from the dusty air-conditioning vent. The food here is cold and nothing to write home about, 9/10 meals go straight back into their brown paper bag, it's a shame really because it's a waste of packaging, food and 120 dollars a day of our money. Hoping the government will come to its senses soon because nobody should be locked up in here for 14 days.

It's a wonderful hotel. Despite the situation "quarantine" they've attempted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Novotel.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Food was awesome. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. Stayed in disability room and it was very accessible.

Nothing wrong with the hotel but the food they are serving is possibly the worse food I've ever had in my life. I can imagine this is what they would serve in a jail or detention facility. The "intercontinental breakfast" is a stale bun, with a tiny packet of usually coco pops. The lunches and dinners change but they are all extremely bland and for some reason, they put corn and carrots in every dish. Absolutely shameful and I have seen the food that other quarantine hotels are serving and its a lot nicer. Lift your game asap before you get more bad reviews as i know a number of guests are extremely unhappy with it.
