Dr. Erica Shellabear

I can not recommend Dr shellabear enough. She was kind, courteous and is very very good at what she does. I was super anxious about my procedure and both Dr Shellabear and her offsider made it so much easier to relax. The receptionist is also fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend :)

I can't recommend Dr Shellabear highly enough. She was compassionate, thorough and did a really good job on my major surgery. I literally had no pain afterwards and stopped the pain meds within 24 hours because I didn't need them. I didn't have any problems with the receptionist but I certainly realised that I wouldn't want to get on her bad side. It's worth putting up with her for this doctor.

Dr Shellabear is very caring and professional but that old lady receptionist is very rude and very mean. I dont even understand why she was given that job position when she doesnt know how to talk to patients properly. She doesnt show concerned and she just cut the conversation off away and hang up on you. Somebody should replace her.

When picking out a practice for your referal don't ask for this place. Dragon on Reception extremely rude, and my referal got turned away without even calling me and giving an explanation. Waste of time

Very thorough and helpful with explanations and treatment
