The best clinic for results. Now we have 3 kids thanks to Professor Roger Hart. We've tried for a year in Brazil, after lots of money and frustration, we had not succeeded. Then, once back in Australia, we were relocated in Brisbane. We tried it again, and again... we wanted so bad to have our baby. It was painful all the failures and more frustration and more money. Then we were again relocated, in The Philippines this time. We were told that THE specialist in Australia for IVF was Professor Hart. We waited about 4 months to get an appointment with him and we flew back (myself and my husband) just to talk to him and see what our odds were. Then we signed all the papers and I stayed in Perth to carry on with our treatment. I got pregnant in our first try😀. Went back 2 years later and it worked again and another baby 5 years later. I can't recommend this clinic high enough. All I can say is Thank you Jade Team to make it possible and for all your love and care.

Our experience is based solely on consultations over the period of more than 12 months with one treating doctor at Fertility Specialists of Western Australia and their nursing staff. Whilst it is entirely possible that had we been treated by another specialist at this clinic, our experience would have been significantly different, none the less I would caution anyone seeking to attend Fertility Specialists of Western Australia. The clinic is primarily interested in selling you IVF treatment, and little attention is being paid to fertility in general – hormonal imbalance checks, infertility treatment, or the ultimate IVF success. The business model is clearly not about setting up patients for success first time round, but rather about offering them whatever service possible and setting up numerous, often unnecessary, appointments – without ever really revealing the next steps or being transparent with regards to the treatment plan. When we chose to seek second opinion, and challenged our Fertility Specialists of WA treating doctor based on the outcomes of the two independent consultations, all we observed was deep discomfort and defensive behaviour. Whilst the perceived lack of competence might be just that – a perception, or simple lack of experience, there is no doubt of complete lack of accountability and responsibility at all levels within the clinic’s organisation. Hence despite endless appointments – which, as mentioned, are clearly part of the clinic’s business model, and despite numerous attempts on our side to clarify and confirm all immediate requirements to commence IVF, when it came to the actual procedure there was nothing but confusion, mismatch of timelines and expectations, offers of alternative treatments from nurses and lab staff, and complete vacuum of any medical leadership. Despite making a formal complaint and requesting for a senior member of leadership team to explain how such mismanagement is possible in a professional medical setting – we are yet to hear from anyone, indeed there is lack of most basic care and respect for patients. So beware and be prepared if you do decide to proceed with this establishment.

These specialists definitely deserve this 5 Star review which reflects the journey of a new grandmother alongside her own child! My daughter and her husband had a magnificent experience of care and respect from all the team at Fertility Specialists of WA. They were kept well informed throughout the emotional highs and lows of treatment and treated with dignity. Our family recommends this clinic highly.
