I went in without an appointment, and it was so efficient! I was done in 10 minutes. Really impressive. Staff was really friendly.

Seamless procedure from making the appointments to having the necessary CT scan and spinal procedure. Staff very friendly and professional.

Could really improve bedside manner/friendliness. Especially at reception. Rated 3 stars instead of 1 as I hope they do a good job with the actual scans.

I was really impressed with this clinic. I had no idea what a rhizotomy entailed and was quite nervous initially, (don't go googling, it's confusing) but felt I was in good hands from the beginning of the process. And I was. Everything was explained calmly, clearly and I was reassured. It also turns out there's a very informative section about rhizotomies on their website! (and YES Dr, effective pain relief too) thank you
