Fielder Street General Practice

She is one of the best gp in bunbury, professional in dealings and looks after our health by the heart.

The Lady doctor is very nice and they are good if you need a quick script for Antibiotics or simple things like script repeats, beyond that absolutely useless and rude. So here's what happened - I asked to be referred to a specialist a week ago and I was told by the lady doctor I would receive a phone call from the specialist - So a week went by with no phone call received from the specialist so I called fielder street General Practice the lady doctor answered and I said to her I have not received a phone call from the specialist yet, So she gave me the specialist number and I called them - they said no referral has been sent to the specialist my doctor needs to send them an email and then the specialist will send me out a letter with my appointment so I called back fielder street General Practice and who I assume is her husband answered I filled him in on what needed to be done and he says well can you come and pick it up and take the referral to the specialist, I said no they don't do that you need to send them an email as that's how they do things to which he then said we can't do that the fax machine is broken and I said no they don't want a fax they want a email from you guys as a referral to which he then said we don't have an official email. Well I had enough and said I might pick another doctor then (since they cant perform a simple referral) to which he replies "Please do" a bit rude but oh well... So basically anything that goes beyond writing a simple script seems too difficult for them and from what I gather they don't really care about their patients at all. It's a shame I really liked the lady doctor... Well fair to say they lost a patient today. no big deal. Just my 2 cents :)

My husband has been going to this surgery for years & I have recently switched here too. Best thing I ever did !! This surgery is the best Ive been too, Ive never booked & Ive never had to wait !! The Drs are so friendly & caring & they never make me feel rushed. Genuinely THE best Drs surgery ever!!! 😊😊😊😊
