The receptionist ladies are absolutely lovely, they make sure to help out in any way they can. As for dr. Kamal, he is extremely blunt, doesn’t pay attention to the patients and their needs! I had gone in last week to ask a referral for a FULL back x-ray, he had only give me a referral for my lower back when I had mention to him that I NEED a FULL back x-ray as it does affect my life and no doubt I wouldn’t be the only to say something about dr. Kamal, pick up your game sir, you have a job so do it bloody properly!!

Hubby had to go here as we couldn't get into our usual GP, the Dr didn't listen to what he was trying to tell him. Kept saying everything is fine, you'll be right. And was given a prescription for some ear drops. He managed to get into our GP today as his ear was much worse after using the drops. To be confirmed by our GP it was an infection and should come back the next day to have his ear drained asap.

I found the staff to be great but there’s a lack of them. On average I’ve had to wait 5 minutes before being able to speak to anyone. They also charge a hefty fee to transfer your own personal records to another practice, which I find criminal to lock someone’s personal health documents away and charge a fee to release them.

The reception staff at FFP are always incredibly helpful. They are respectful and always very understanding and compassionate.

It worst and horrible place for all patients. Dr.Ceton is big gold digger and Dr.Muzmila has very less ethical values. I never get proper medication, treatment and cure for my stomach problem. They all are worst doctors.
