Been to this surgery multiple times during my wives pregnancy and it has always been a very pleasant experience. But today we had to use there aux services to get shots, hands down the worst experience I have ever experienced in a Medical Centre. The I assume EN giving the shot was rude and condescending when queried about the shots not to mention appallingly arrogant. I decided to get my shot elsewhere as the attendant put me off ever wanting to come back here for anything else. If you need GP this place is great with an excellent OB Dr Gadd, the staff and reception are delightful but this one experience with there aux service has put me off any other services with this Medical Centre.
