Always sent to the waiting bay
Slow service, traffic always backs up fast because they don't seem to want to use the parking bays. The burgers are often dripping in fat/oil too.
Hot coffee friendly staff
Service slower than typical McDonald's. Drive through was backed up and we chose to order inside. Restaurant was clean and tidy and staff friendly.
We had trouble using the automatic ordering tried for 5 minutes could find what we wanted so walked out. No one offered to help. Could have gone to the drive through but there was a queue.
