cashier has a really bad attitude toward customers. Really disappointed!!!
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONEnExtremely poor service and No knowledge on hygiene!nI have waited for 15 mins to get serve, while I wait the staff is talking and joking around. Looks like they have a lot of customer, don’t want to serve you at all.nThe staff is very rude to customer. After I order a drink they put the ingredients on it, a lady with brown long hair wearing hoodie make the cup fall on ground and ingredients pulled out, but she just put back and make the drink for you. Didn’t change another cup or wash. How disgusting is that ! How many germs is there? How you feel when you being serve like this?
The tea is good but the staff are so rude here in the gouger st store also it says open at 11:30 but they never open until after 12 which would loose them alot of business because people want to get a drink before lunch.
Service at HiTea & MiYogurt needs some work, but their drinks are quite delicious.nnBeen past this place for their Drinks with a few group of friends before and there's been mixed bags of opinions on the staff members working at this place.nnLooking forward to come back for another drink next time I am around Rundle Mall.
