There is no phone number to call about the broken soap dispenser

I went today at 1 pm approximately, and the laundry machine where I had my clothes washing broke down, which can happen and I understand, but there's no phone number in the Google page, nor in their place, so I looked it up in Facebook and called them many times, for more than half an hour, to get help first to take my clothes out of the laundry, that wouldn't open, and then to ask them to allow me to use another laundry free of charge. Nobody ever picked up the phone and the clothes were too wet to use the dryer. Left with dirty wet clothes.

The wash machine didn't finish the program, my clothes full of dirty water, screen shows "out of order" and there is no number to call. $7 spent in wash machine, $4 in dry and counting..

Great value laundry and in a convenient location. Dispensers worked a treat and never had a shortage of coins from the dispenser. Cleanliness was and has always been pristine, staff are friendly and when they are around are more than happy to have a quick chat.

Great value laundry. Occasionally a soap packet will get stuck coming out of the dispenser and the timers on the machines are a bit off (I put two machines on a 40 minute cylce and one finishes 5 minutes before the other), but the clothes still come out clean. The staff keep it tidy and make sure the change machine never runs out of coins. There's even a powerpoint to plug your device in while you wait but I'd recommend sitting at one of the nearby cafes, especially if the dryers are being used and making it too hot inside.
