extremely poor. we had a quilt cleaned very unsatisfactory they cleaned it a second time still no better very bad odor. the manager has never got back
to us as promised. the lady in the the shop said old quilts don,t clean well.
she could have told us that from day one. there mission statement is satisfaction or money back . when i spoke with head office they told me

She was very professional and went above and beyond to help me.
There’s a grumpy woman who always seems to be there when I drop my clothes off who’s super unwelcoming. Their prices are higher than other dry cleaners in the area and they seem to be unskilled at cleaning garments that require anything more than the basic clean. One of my shirts has been ruined. M&S dry cleaning on jetty road cleaned the same shirt a few months ago and it was fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on or until they change ownership.
All I needed was to mend a zip on a pair of suit trousers, they couldn't ensure that they would be ready with 9 days.
