Karl Chehade Dry Cleaning

Had 1 Ladies suit and 1 pair of pants dry-cleaned for $47. The Jacket still smells like sweat. Very unhappy with the service. Also not very friendly.

Have been taking my work uniform here for over a year now. $20 for 4 items a week. This time dropped my shirts off and as always the very rude elderly owner took my shirts and said "4 items yes?" I replied with yes only 4 items that is all she says "1 extra item $5" no thank u just the 4. Chucks the order stub on the counter "pick up monday" and disappears into the back. Go to pick up my shirts.... same grumpy/rude old lady, says to me total is $47 What?!?! Why? 4 shirts = $21, 2 ties = $26 Total=57 2 ties had been left in shirt pocket. I specifically said 4 items no extras. And how the hell can 2 ties cost more than 4 shirts. When every item after that would have been $5???? Bloody crooks!!! Never going back again! Rude Elderly lady, making prices up, and always trying to upsell for nothing relavant.

Marks were left on my white dress, i took it straight from the dry cleaners to the dress fitter and she pointed them out and proceeded to help me. Dissapointed

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever seen. No customer service at all. Wont be going back.

Superb service, managed to steam and press a wedding dress in 24 hours!
