Looksmart Alterations

I regularly get my clothes altered here and everyone is absolutely professional, talented and lovely to work with. A specific tailor Sue has been amazing. I am so satisfied with the alterations every time and would highly recommend them.

Had a basic white girl Kathmandu jacket with a hole burnt in it and Looksmart fixed it up within 90 minutes on a Saturday arvo. Good service, cheap price. Would do again.

The customer service here is amazing, staff go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've had a few items fixed or taken in here and they have been done in a timely manner and were great quality. Would definitely recommend :)

Currently unable to get to the store because I've returned from interstate. The store called me to inform they will be closing down. Obviously not able to get there and they delivered it to me! Great dry clean and brilliant service. Will be my one-stop shop once this all blows over.

Totally overpriced!!! For the price they charged for the alteration of a pair of shorts I could buy 3 pairs of brand new ones.
