Dropped in to George's for lunch for the first time last Sunday. Very friendly service and welcome quiet environment. All meals were great quality and generous serves. We three had fish and chips, chicken burger c chips and salt'n'pepper squid which was on the menu as a wrap but staff happy to convert to squid on a generous bed of salad instead. The two pieces of fish were huge!!! and the chips were the best I've tasted. The menu is a basic cafe menu...not a huge variety of desserts...but enough...and the coffee was excellent. We'll definitely be returning!
I have had 2 delicious meals at Georges Cafe and grill. The serves are generous and well presented. The cost is very reasonable and the staff are friendly helpful and efficient. There is a large and varied menu and all day breakfasts if you wish. The coffee is rich and creamy. I plan to return again and try something new on the menu.
