Terrible! I had high hopes of this place as it is rated so well. The lady threading my eyebrows did not ask me how I wanted my eyebrows to look, she then proceeded to butcher at my eyebrows. She treated me very rudely. If you have no patience to talk to customers then close your shop and go home and relax. People pay you to get better results you dont do them for free. I have never experienced so much pain having my eyebrows threaded. I walked out with uneven eyebrows and red raw skin. Definitely worth paying more for a better result and experience.

Wow what an outstanding experience. I've been looking for the perfect place to shape and perfect my eyebrows! Finally I have found a place with great customer service and also amazing talent. Also was done very quick, which I loved. I wish I could rate this place over 5 stars! Just want to thank Udu (I think I spelt that right) for making my eyebrows look amazing. Will definitely be coming back !!! Highly recommend this place.

I rarely trust anyone to do my eyebrows and I ONLY trust exquisite brow & spa. The service is awesome, the ladies are so lovely and nice. Today Indu done my eyebrows and I have never left happier and with better brows. Highly recommend this place. Thank you I will definitely be coming back. :)

My 14 year old daughter has just returned home from getting her eyebrows threaded and she is in tears! Whoever did them has gone way overboard after being asked for just a tidy up. Way more was taken off than needed and they are also uneven! So angry as she had beautiful brows and the extent this so called "tidy up" was taken to is absurd! Will ensure we will never be returning to this store and will be warning others as well.
