Went to the car yard to view a car on the 31-3-21. In the add/photo the car was described as good condition air con etc etc. There where rips in the seats that where not in the photo, the aircon did not work the handbrake did not work (defect) they couldn't answer basic questions about the car and where more keen to just sell it. I asked about having a raa inspection and it was a flat out NO and the reason was due to an accident they had to go to court etc that has nothing to do with having a car looked over and at that point where not interested in dealing with me. They were not rude towards me like others have experienced. Most cars on site also looked run down with rips in seats etc but big red flag not allowing a car to be looked at.

I had a very positive experience with Warren at Bi-Low Motors, and am very happy with car I bought. Warren welcomes an independent inspection. He just has a beef with the RAA - and not about a car. The inspection I had done gave a good rating, since confirmed by my own mechanic.

After asking if we could test drive the car and being refused, we asked about having rego included in the price to be told we were low balling the sales rep and then he took the keys and shut the door and refused to sell us the car, worst service I've ever witness let alone had I will never ever go back or tell anyone to make a purchase from this car yard.
