POCKLES IN MUH CHRESE BURGRE
The young lady on the drive through was clear and easy to understand. She also spoke at a regular pace rather than the speed babble most in drive throughs use. The burgers were all nice and fresh as well as the chips.
1st time here went through drive through for coffee got greeted by a very awesome and friendly voice taking my order. Very refreshing. Service was great will be back. Keep up the good work
Forgot half our meal on a delivery service. This means we had a cheese burger and a chicken n cheese between two people for dinner. Manager just said he would love to know how that happened and he was not sure how I sorted out the mishap.
Ordered at 2.04pm on Sunday 23/5/21, the girl who took our order with reddish colour hair in a plait was not competent. No asking if we were dining in or take away, took a long time to process order & when I received the order I had no drink with a meal that I purchased. When I asked her whether I get my drink with the meal I purchased she then put it through the register & charged me for it. The whole idea of having a meal deal is that you get chips & a drink with it. I understand everyone is new at some point, if she's new then my suggestion would be having a senior staff member assisting her. There's not been many times I've attended this McDonalds & my order has been correct or the amount charged is correct.
