Worst experience ever at any McDonald's I've visited throughout Australia. Made a complaint as we waited 20 minutes for meals to arrive and told they were waiting on a quarter pounder to be cooked to complete the order.. another 5 minutes and food still sitting waiting to be delivered. A complaint that all the food was Stone cold, taken away only to come back with same cold burgers, nuggets but warm chips. One Big Mac was returned as it was so cold it was inedible. Wrong drinks were served also. So three kids and four adults waited over 30 minutes for simple meals. One saving grace was staff member Ellie who went so over and above her customer service duties and couldn't do enough to help the situation. If ever anyone deserved an award or some form of recognition it's her. Coming from Sydney it's not what I expected here.

Way to much sauce (BBQ) no other taste left !! Just SAUCE chips okay not the best Maccas and the bill came to $48.00 so not cheap! When you come out wishing you whent to HJ

The renovations are awesome totally updates the place. The McCafe is pretty good....But with the money spent on renos why do we hear the dishwasher isn't working so often? On drinks you often get a mix of takeaway or ceramic cups, tea is sometimes served in a pot or directly in a cup (different serving size same order same price) when the 'pot' is dirty blamed on the non working dishwasher. Silly thing but...

Maccas upgrade is good however, the screens are so slow and if you pay cash you get quicker service anyway. Burgers are the same, false advertising
