Didn’t have a great experience when trying to buy a vehicle from here. Corona virus was used as an excuse for all prices being non-negotiable. Their claim that all vehicles are RAA inspected is also no entirely true. I was told over the phone when booking a test drive that it would be impossible to inspect every vehicle coming in due to the volume of cars, so cars are spot checked randomly. They’ll tell customers that their business model is high volume, low margin/profit. I find this difficult to believe since the vehicle I was looking at had an approximate dealer trade in value of $12-13k, and was up for sale at a non-negotiable price of $19k. The used-car salesman was very pushy, and started writing up the contract before we had agreed to terms in order to panic us into signing. The used-car salesman then got frustrated and proceeded to guilt trip us for not signing on the spot. If you’re going to buy a car from here, make sure you do your research on how much the car is worth, and don’t believe everything the used-car salesman tells you. Any price should be negotiable. I ultimately got a similar vehicle privately which was in much better condition and had it checked out by an independent mechanic, and still saved about $500.

An amazing car yard, they listen to you and suggest options and provide their knowledge, they are so helpful, will be going back again.

Bought a Holden Calais from AVC. During the 3 month warranty period I had a significant mechanical issue. The customer service provided by AVC to get this sorted was superb, and they really went the extra mile to ensure things got fixed as quickly as possible. Highly commendable!

I purchased a vehicle from them in April 2020. I had a few issues regarding the car but now they are resolved. The time took to resolve those issues were a little bit longer than I expected. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase of the car and there is no mechanic problems with the car.
