Ben Fox was extremely helpful and well mannered and up front about the vehicle. Delivery was very promt and well presented on pick up. We have already recommend the LDVT60 Pro to other people. So far we have had no negative comments about the interior and exterior design and looks. Still early days is comfortable and drives very well if you're not a lead foot. Cheers Stephen and Rosemarie

I bought an LDV G10 Executive. Best value for money vehicle for a medium to large family, very comfortable with all the features you expect from a new luxury vehicle. I was skeptical about the LDV being a Chinese car at first but after driving it & seeing the build quality, Italian leather seats etc I was very surprised. Ben & the Southgate team were very professional & went above & beyond to make sure i was happy with the car having aftermarket mag's, window tint etc installed for me prior to picking up the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at buying a new car.

After a good sales experience from Ben Fox at Southgate Holden\LDV, I’ve been let down by the service department and their shear lack of interest to resolve a technical issue with my LDV G10 Executive people mover at its first service of 5000km. Not happy with how Southgate Holden\LDV dealt with my issue. The after sales support is really not great and no real effort was made to resolve the issue other than that they expect you to accept the problem on your new vehicle.The one star is only because Ben was great during the sales process, but it is unfortunate that he is no longer with them.

Picked up my T60 on Saturday and couldn't be happier. Ben has done a great job in organising all the accessories for me and overseeing everything from sale thru to delivery. We will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks for all your help Ben, much appreciated...and the ute is great :)
