A wonderful young man named James helped us. He was very efficient and very knowledgable. He listened to us and what we wanted. I came to Jarvis looking for a durable and within my budget car. Rocky, who dealt with me from the start was very helpful. I decided on a Mazda 3. Infact I cited few issues with the car, which Rocky ensured that Jarvis will fix. And they did. Before making the purchase , I also got it inspected by an independent mechanic, who gave it a big thumps up. All in all from the initial inspection to a second inspection and paperwork along with sorting the insurance (Thanks Stazi and Bryan), I am very happy and surely and highly recommend Jarvis Gepps Cross. I brought a car from Jarvis ford on 4th June this year. I have had nothing but trouble with it . It has in been for repair at least 4 or 5 times now. This is time off of work taking it there and picking it up which I can't afford. I brought this car because I am a support worker and I need a reliable car. After they sold me this lemon, they are not interested. Not happy AT ALL. It is getting towed again today to be fixed ONCE AGAIN. I paid cash for this car and all I want is to swap it for something reliable. Like the promised me this one would be. And I would like to say that the service center at hillcrest namely TIM. has been great. I wish I could say the same for the card yard I brought it from.😟😟😤
