Jean was great and helpful through every step of the way through the process of helping choose and buy a car. He kept in contact and kept me updated which was awesome an I appreciate it, and helped make the process run smoothly even when things became a bit difficult, like the wait. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to help me get the car I wanted and organising for delivery. I feel he went above and beyond and I believe he will continue to do so through the after care process. When I decide to buy another car I would gladly do business with 123 auto as jeans work is an example of good work ethic and customer service. Thanks guys for all the effort and thank you Jean for the customer care, I look forward to driving it around when it gets here. Merry Christmas and happy new year's ☺️.

I want to thank Cindy vo for today, she is an amazing girl for putting up with me today so many hours spent looking for a car she has so much patients and didn't even try to rush me something you'll never get at a car yard! We had a great experience with Easy Auto at Mile End. From entering the building it immediately feels much different to other used car dealerships - I felt welcome and invited, and did not feel that I would be 'preyed' on by a greedy salesman. Our salesman at Easy Auto was Chris and he was the best part of the entire experience - very informative, cooperative and understanding. I really want to acknowledge the above-and-beyond service we received from Chris - would definitely recommend having a chat with him if you're looking at purchasing a car. I have already recommended Easy Auto to some of my friends. I am extremely happy with my car and have still not found the same model for a lower price anywhere in Australia. Thanks to the team at Mile End 😊

Bought a beautiful 4x4 drive from Zooper cars. We were very impressed with the process everything went smoothly and professional. Thank you Jean for getting it all organized for us in such a short time. Zooper staff are all helpful and friendly .....we will definately come back again. Huge range of cars to choose from and the warehouse looks amazing. Thanks again Zooper!

I can not speak highly enough of my dealings with Mihriam and Holly, being a young woman as well it was so refreshing to have two woman helping me through the daunting process of purchasing a car. They were both very knowledgeable, and so helpful, they answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.
