I must agree with the previous customer when they say Matthew goes above and beyond for his customers. When I needed to leave the car with him he organise an uber to get me home and then delivered the car to my home himself the next day. He also makes sure the car is looking its best at handover and in my case it felt like one of his children was leaving home. I would certainly recommend Goodwood Moters for that personal customer service, Matthew is very conscientious and very knowledgeable about his Minis. I love the car thanks so much Matthew.

I could not recommend Goodwood Motors enough to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Matthew is a great man, who is generous with both his time and knowledge. His experience in the industry is likely unparalleled, with the care shown to me as a customer amazing. Matthew went above and beyond to understand what I wanted and needed in a car - as a first time car buyer, I was unaware of what was a best match. Beyond this, Matthew also explained the process of finding the right car for me, giving me tips as he went, and reinforcing my confidence in the car. My experience here has actually taught me important life skills about picking the right car. Aside from finishing with what is an amazing VW Golf, I have left the experience with far more knowledge about buying a car than I would have if taking another route. My partner and I purchased our Toyota Corolla from Goodwood Motors and were really impressed with the good value, considering the low kms and great condition of the vehicle. We did have to wait a few weeks due to transport issues, but this was ultimately out of their control, and we appreciate the vehicle being put on hold for us during that time. Matthew was a pleasure to work with, and very much unlike any other second-hand car salesman we had met previously. If you are considering buying a quality second-hand vehicle we could recommend Goodwood Motors enough!!
