What a great experience buying from Motor Hut! I got my gorgeous Audi here, and the whole process was so stress free we will be heading back in January for my husband to choose a car.
Customer service was so good. I was allowed plenty of time to look over the car, test drive it, and ask a million questions. There was zero pressure, and everything was explained to me clearly and honestly. No shady promises or misrepresented facts.
The car itself is perfect. No issues at all.

Saw the car i liked and within the day it was third party inspected, test driven and bought. Muhammad at Mile End was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - they tried to sell us a dangerously unsafe car, claiming it had been fixed, serviced and was safe. Only by doing our research with the car's company did we find out that Motor Hut lied. They were pushy, sexist (would only deal with my male partner) and lied about other customers and deposits which we unravelled on the spot. They also called us 'time wasters' when we walked away. Awful - won't ever be going back and would recommend you stay away too.
Such a fantastic experience spending the time here at Motor Hut - the ongoing care, service and attention we have received has been again outstanding.
