We bought a car through Ben a couple of weeks ago, and were nothing but impressed with the customer service we received, as well as the car we bought.
I was a bit nervous about buying a car through a dealership given a negative experience in the past, however Ben was extremely respectful, which I appreciated. He did not automatically talk to my husband or make assumptions about my knowledge of cars based on my gender, as can happen in the motor vehicle industry. He negotiated fairly, was excellent with his communication and was very genuine in wanting to provide a good quality product.
On top of the great service, we also really appreciated how quickly they were able to hand the car over to us as well given we needed to take it on holiday with us that day (!).
I would not hesitate to buy from Ben and his team again :)
