I'm writing this review because I was initially discouraged from buying a car through Solitaire because of the poor reviews, however, my experience was excellent and I encourage others to visit the dealership and make their own minds up. Lisa and Sean offered fantastic customer service, their approach to selling a car was not forceful, and they let us consider the car we wanted to buy rather than trying to sell finance or insurance straight up, like we experienced a lot elsewhere. Test driving cars was very easy, and they had a lot of excellent vehicles to sell. Definitely worth a look if you're buying a new used car.

I have had a bad experience, twice having cars sold out from under me. The most recent being; I called on the Friday enquiring about a car they had advertised. I was told it was yet to be detailed and they would let me know when it was back in the yard. I spoke to Sean on Friday and made it clear I was going to buy this car as I had missed out on the previous white SQ5 that came in. I received a call on Saturday morning when I was on my way to test drive and pay cash for the car, I was told the car was ready, I informed Sean I was on my way to. As I arrived I received a call saying someone from interstate had put a deposit on it. I would have thought that common decency would drive a salesperson to offer a confirmed client, who is on their way to the dealership the option to put a deposit down. When we went in to speak to Sean he did not even have the decency to get out from behind his desk, he stayed siting behind his desk talking to us from about 10 metres away. Sean, customer service requires people skills, from my experience no one from this dealership has any. As for Lisa, she had all my details from the first time she sold a car from underneath me and said she would call when they have another SQ5 in, I received no further correspondence. I would rather pay for a plane ticket and buy a vehicle from interstate rather than waste any more of my time with dealership.

My experience with Audi has left a very sour taste in my mouth. After missing out on our first SQ5 by it being sold out from under us, it happened again yesterday. I can understand if things are miscommunicated. But we made our intentions very clear that we were coming in to purchase the car. When you speak with someone at what you think is a reputable business, you’d think their word would hold value. Sadly, this was not the case when dealing with Sean. Even a phone call to let us know that it had been sold, could’ve saved us the hour and a half round trip and the heart ache of missing out yet again. You’d think a salesman at a higher class establishment would also have better people skills, but sadly Sean does not. Couldn’t even stand up from behind his desk to apologize. Will be taking my money elsewhere!
