The best addition to our home, fireplace installed by the Fireplaces WA team. Job done on-time, efficiently and with no mess. We are keeping nice and warm this and for many more winters to come!!

They went over and beyond with the customer service provided from start to finish. We are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience with new owners last year. Had ordered a Lopi fireplace in 2019 when we were started building our house. The price increased on the fireplace (9%, $800) and shop did not inform me when the price was going to increase to put down a deposit and secure the lower price. When it came time to install my fireplace, I was shocked to find out about the increased price. Frustrating miscommunication and overall experience. Used a different supplier for the fireplace who somehow honoured the lower price for me.

Staff was friendly and informative. This was my first time here and I knew every little when I went in. By the time I cam out I had a much better idea of what kind of fireplace I was looking for and what I would need for the fireplace.nnThey explained it how each fireplace function, and how much clearance I need for the hearth.nnI would recommend checking in with them if you are interested in buying and installing a fireplace.
