To To is an absolute pleasure to visit. In a time where a lot of Perth is providing a sub-par level of hospitality (be it Covid, an age of entitlement or just what we have come to expect...I really don't know), my wife and I left To To with a smile. The food was served in a timely manner and beautifully presented. The real winner but was that every person serving had a smile, was pleasant and was genuinely interested in providing you a level of service. Do yourself a favour and visit To To. You will not regret.

Overall it is what one would expect from oriental restaurant. Good service . Not expensive. Delicious. Generous... And full of MSG. Usually I am not sensitive to MSG, but after their pho... Not for me.

Mostly consistently delicious dishes. Ordered the Tom Yum soup-don't bother. Was way too salty and the soup murky see the picture. Not the clear Thai tom yum soap you would expect. But very nice stir fry beef and vegetables in oyster sauce and seafood stir fry. Just depends on what dishes you order.

Below my expectations!

I enjoyed our meal at toto's. The menu was a little different to what I expected but the food was great and the staff were helpful an nice. They carefully mad sure we got was what we ordered. The decor was nice, good toilets and byo, what's not to like. Recommended, worth a visit.
