The fact that Ha visited our house within an hour of us leaving the Malaga showroom showed us their dedication and care. Joseph and Ha were so very helpful and accommodating of our requests. They offered up a few different design ideas and we collaborated to find the best possible solution for our family. They were more than happy to help us keep costs within budget bynsuggesting materials and tradies that were of high quality but also cost effective. The silver lining to CV19 travel restriction is that, thanks to a referral from a friend and to QN Designs, we finally pulled the trigger on a long overdue kitchen renovation. I wanted to replace my existing stone bench top which was stained and damaged. Many kitchen designers were not really interested in this work as it was not the whole kitchen. QN Designs were very responsive. They came straight away to do the quote and give me ideas. They communicated to update me on progress frequently. The whole job was complete in a couple of weeks from when I made the first inquiry and my old bench top was removed and the new one installed on the same day. Staff were very friendly and respectful. I definitely recommend this business.

Good all-rounder service delivered with integrity. Even though they responded slow to the initial inquiry, they won the contract ahead of others who had the chance to put their offer first. Happy with the way QN Designs understood my request and very much appreciated the way David responded to my constant need to reconsider features. Good communication during the execution phase helped too and that reduce any installation backlash to an absolute minimum.
