I recently bought a car from Paul and the team at Big River Toyota and I couldn't have been more impressed. Firstly, Paul's service was first class. He was honest, transparent and everything he promised, he followed through on. Secondly, Jamie in the service team was equally as impressive and has followed up on his promises just as well.nI live in Adelaide and was searching for a car for at least 6 weeks. When it came to decision time, I had two options - a local dealer (20 mins from home) or Paul and the team at Big River (3.5 hours drive - each way). It was an incredibly easy decision and I would make it over and over again to deal with Paul. In-fact, I was that impressed with the service; even if the price was substantially more than the local option, I'd still have bought through Paul.nOverall - A simply brilliant purchasing experience (in what is not an overly enjoyable process - buying a new car) - the price was great too!nDo business with this company, you wont regret it.

Got a 2nd hand Hilux from there. Paul went way above what you'd normally expect from a car dealer nowadays. We had it brought it up to NT, he arranged it all, kept us in the loop and couldn't be more satisfied. No hesitation in giving them a five star recommendation.
