I have filled out the online service booking request form twice over the past month and have not received any response from Riverland Kia. I have tried calling them 2 times today and got no answer- the phone just rings out. I sent an email- still no reply.nLooks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Customer service needs some working on.

Shannon has turned this place around from where it was. I was happy to see the big changes from when I last worked there. You have done very well buddy. Keep it up I have heard from the locals it is one of the places to go in the Riverland to buy a car...from a previous employee and fellow staff member from Adelaide
