Reece Plumbing

Initial purchase of plumber caddy conversion taps for $149 was good however after just over a month the cold water tap will not turn off and was now constantly running. I called Reece Busselton and was informed that as the taps were not installed by a licensed plumber that my warranty was voided. When asked where is stated that on the receipt or tap box, they had nothing to say but still would not agree to replace the taps even though water was running. All they would do is log some sort of query with the manufacture who apparently would then call me some time in the next week. Last time I Buy from Reece Busselton as their after purchase service is woeful.

Matthew and team were very professional to deal with, prompt replies and decent prices. Stock availability for my company's requiremements south of Bunbury was second to none. Definitely using Reece as a hub for all jobs from now on. Cheers mate
