DIY Woodfired Pizza Ovens

I truly can't recommend Don at DIY Woodfired Pizza ovens highly enough, he's just fantastic. We have one of his ovens in our custom built trailer as we are a commercial caterer. The oven has lasted very well and performed beautifully even when cooking hundreds of pizzas per week during peak season (one festival alone we cooked 370 pizzas!).nAnytime I had a question Don was always there and helpful to answer the phone, even dropping everything to inspect it and give his advice on minor maintenance items. In fact he never charged for his time to patch up render and re-paint the front arch as it was looking a bit tired after hitting too many bumps (thats mobile work for you)! His product is undeniably great but it's his incredible follow up service and pride in what he does that makes all the difference for us. Well done Don thanks a million!
