Was good ice cream and friendly staff, my son loved it :)

6.47 pm and already closed. Staff standing at the counter and didn't even bother to come and speak to us. No note on the door to advise customers either.nnThis is the 3rd time we have had a terribly poor experience since you guys opened.nnHeading up to Clarkson now. They are always reliable!

Spoons were all dirty and had left over mix ins from previous customers so had multiples mix ins that I didn’t want in my ice cream, none of my chocolate were crushed up and customer service was poor in general

More seating would be great
