Very nice venue for a wedding. My daughter celebrated her reception here last week.nIt was lovely. Everyone had a good time. The food was good, the service was great, plenty to drink and the staff were great.nI havent been there before but I would go back for a meal sonetime.

I don’t think the staff in this store have heard anything about customer service. I entered the shop waiting for my order to be taken, two girls standing there doing other things and occasionally taking a glance at me, not one of them saying hi or acknowledging my presence. After a while, one of them takes my order which was just fries and nuggets and I saw that it was put up the counter from the back straight away. I could see my order there, but none of them thought instead of standing there doing nothing waiting for parts of the other orders, they can just hand mine to me which would have taken a few seconds. After waiting for a while, I told them I’m in a rush and asked if they can just give it to me, to my surprise, they said something to each other and made fun of me in front of my own eyes. Super rude and I’ll never go back there. The manager of this store has some serious training to do.

[UPDATE May 2021] ...nHave now upgraded to 2 stars, as staff very friendly + store has upgraded their menu display system since last visit.nn[Previous Review] ...nnWhat the ?!?!?!?!!!nAt 9:45pm on sat night, and they're not accepting any more orders (so that they can do cleaning and close the store on time) - Yet it was still 15 minutes left before official closing time.nnThink they should adjust their offical closing times then !nnAlso, have been other negative changes to this store's management in last couple of months (eg. the store won't fulfil certain orders/selections that are available VIA the RR app).nnUsed to regularly visit this store, but will avoid in future.

Small chicken, too much salt on chips. Large chips were pretty small too.

Have had poor service from this store a few times...from wrong order to they cannot understand a simple order.nArrived tonight at 9-30pm....they tell me they have Nooo chicken.....nit's a chook business!!!nHopeless, won't be back.
