Little Viet Restaurant

I have eaten at Little Viet a few times before, each time I thought the food and service was fine. But on 7/6/21, seven of my friends and I went to Little Viet for lunch and received the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. After being seated, it took 20 minutes and us trying to grab the attention of 3 different waiters to take our order. Each time we tried to order the waiter would say 'yes, I'll take your order in a second', run away and never return back to our table. After ordering a bunch of dishes and drinks we then waited for our food for another 30 minutes, until another waiter asked 'is everything okay, have you ordered yet?'. When we told her we have been waiting for our food for a while now, she looked shocked, like the kitchen was not aware of our order. After that, some of the dishes we ordered started to come to our table, but other dishes were forgotten about. Our drinks came out after we had finished our food and we had to return some drinks because they were wrong too.nnWe had intended to go for a quick lunch, but this whole ordeal ended up taking 2hrs. When we paid, the restaurant knew they had messed up, so they gave us 10% off our bill, which we appreciated. But, I can't say it makes up for the horrible experience we had. On top of this, two of my friends ordered the ox tail noodle soup and both had food poisoning later that evening. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Definitely never coming back.

Spacey and clean! The seating arrangement is good! Big range of food choices. The communication should be improved a bit! We are there more than one time a week .nWe had experience for wrong food 4 times.nBut honestly they serve tasty food .nnWill be back anyway to try other dishes, and hope to see a better service.

Tonight we went to Little Viet for dinner. We had traditional phone soup, grilled chilli sea salt and stir fry noodle with seafood. All the food was great. The place is nice, spotless clean and staff very friendly and attentive.

It’s one of our go to restaurants in Morley. It’s very clean and the staffs are friendly and attentive. Me and my partner always order their shaking beef. It’s probably one of the best dish that they have. I also really like their beef pho. But I only give 4 stars because we tried their mango salad but that one has more green leaves than mango, couldn’t really taste the sourness at all.
